Halloween 2018 at TIPS

TIPS was full of Halloween color on October 31st!
Students and teachers dressed up in unique costumes and participated in the Halloween costume contest.
It was a close contest, but three students stood out with their incredible costumes.
All of the students showed amazing effort and creativity!
Everyone enjoyed the Halloween events and the bake sale hosted by the PSA.
