TIPS is now hiring a part-time classroom teacher for the 2024-2025 academic school year. The successful candidate will be assigned two classes per day, and will be skilled in differentiation, have experience teaching learners with common learning challenges and be willing to teach a range of subjects and grades. TIPS is the small and supportive school for diverse learners that specializes in learning support and learning differences.
Basic requirements include 2 years of classroom experience and certification to teach in your own country.

Part-time Counselor Wanted! 2024-2025 Academic Year
TIPS is seeking a part-time counselor that is passionate about making a positive difference with our students. The counselor will be a part of a two-person counseling team and be committee to DEIJ in education.
TIPS is the small and supportive international school that specializes in learning support and learning differences. Our mission is to empower our young people to be their best selves in the classroom and the community.
Responsibilities for our counselors include:
・Providing individual, small group or family counseling sessions in our school building or occasionally online as needed.
・Collaborate with staff members to understand the emotional needs of our students.
・Serve as a resource for crisis intervention.
Qualifications sought:
Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field. Experience working with children and teens. Strong communication skills.

Bus Monitor for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
For student safety and smooth bus operation, we are looking for a bus monitor for our school bus.
Starting date: August 19th, 2024
Morning: 1.5 hours to 2 hours / Afternoon: 1.5 hours to 2 hours
Mondays to Fridays (except for our school holidays)
The candidates need a valid visa to work for this position.
Conversational English is required. Japanese skills are plus.
